We will reach out to your insurance provider and verify your eligibility and coverage amount for the requested items. Your coverage amount will vary based on your insurance plan. We will contact you within 24 - 48 business hours if we need more information about your insurance plan.

We will help you obtain a prescription.

We will need a prescription from your doctor for your Cranial and/or Breast Prosthesis depending on the items you need. We will need this to file a claim on your behalf with your insurance. If you don't already have a prescription, our staff members can help you obtain a prescription from your physician.

We will take care of the rest while you shop!

Once we verify your eligibility with your insurance, our staff will tell you your coverage amount. You can browse through our online catalog and find a wig or prosthesis that you love! We will take care of all the necessary paperwork to file the claim with your insurance on your behalf.
