Since each insurance plan and individual coverage is different, we have a rigorous procedure in place to confirm your eligiblity and coverage amount to make sure our patients do not have any out-of-pocket costs for their wigs. We use the insurance information you provide to call your insurance provider and ask them coverage questions specific to your policy.
Once we have a pre-approval from them and an allowed coverage amount, we reach back out to you and let you know that coverage amount so you can pick a wig based on what you are covered for, so you don’t have to pay out of pocket. We then ship out your wig to your door, and do all the necessary paperwork to file the claim with your insurance on your behalf.
